NPD Innovation Manager – Nutrition (AE436891)

Salary: €65000 - €75000

Are you super organised right along the NPD process and passionate about nutritional science?

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established global cosmetics company based in Sweden as NPD Innovation Manager for Nutritional products within the Wellness category.

You will be the Senior Technical Leader during the NPD phase, your expertise and experience will guide the innovation and development of the nutritional product portfolio in line with the company vision strategy. You will drive the formulation innovation projects as well as managing day to day NPD activity within R&D, closely collaborating with the nutritional product development team.

With your incomparable pro-activeness and organisational skills, you will have no problem prioritising key innovation projects, keeping delivery on time and within budget. With your eye for detail you can maintain a consistently high standard of work, this combined with your people management skills will help you motivate and inspire those around you to such perfection.

You will work closely with formulators and other functions to overcome technical challenges that arise, investigating root causes, compliance and regulations. In order to drive high performance and technological developments in nutrition you will need to continually develop you and your teams technical capabilities, you must be someone that sees challenges as opportunities.
